Why should I create an account ?

By creating your own account, you will get a 'My Account' page to track your past orders. 

How do I check the status of my order ?

Once you login to the site, you will be able to view your order history on your 'My Account' page. Your order history will provide you the current status of your orders along with other relevant information.

Meanings of the various status:

  • fulfilled - Your order has been shipped and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.
  • unfulfilled - We are yet to ship your order.

How do I track my shipment ?

Once we fulfil your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This shipping confirmation mail will contain the tracking number and the URL of the courier company through which your shipment is sent. Click on the URL and put your tracking number on the page to track your shipment.

Please note that we will normally take 3 working days to fulfil the order after you place the order. 

Which all countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all countries in the world.   

What if I want to buy your tea online from India?

This website is meant for international customers. If you are in India, please visit our domestic website here.   

How long does it take to receive the teas after placing the order ?

We fulfil all international orders within 3 working days of receiving an order, except for national holidays and weekends. Once it is fulfilled, we hand it over to the shipping company for delivering it to the delivery address provided by you.

For International shipping we use FedEx Express, Speed Post ( India Post) or Registered parcel ( India Post). FedEx takes 8 to 10 days, Speed post takes 30-45 days and registered parcel takes 45-60 days time to make the delivery depending on the country's custom clearance process.

Important: The additional charge as custom clearance fee and duty charges will have to be borne by the customer only. If the custom clearance is not attended by the customer then the shipment may return us. In that case ( once return) we will be unable to resend the order. Also the cost is also non refundable as we have to bear the both side shipping cost.

NOTE: We do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.
