There is no place for bitterness in this blend, only deep intrinsic rose scent and freshness of green tea, with all of their nuances in each and every steeping. Oriental, deep and fragrant, this tea is made to make you daydream. We recommend using glass teaware to fully enjoy the beauty of this tea. Even the appearance of leaves and petals is following the change of flavour with each steeping, creating a beautiful mix of delicate pale colours that would be a shame to be missed.

BREWING GUIDE

Water temperature: 75-80º Celsius

Dosage: 3-4 grams of tea

Amount of water: 150-200 ml

Re-steeping: 3-4 times

Steeping time: 90,120,180, 300 seconds

METHOD

We suggest you to always use freshly boiled water cooled down to a proper temperature. Use suitable tea ware and cover the teapot or teacup when brewing. To discover delicate subtleness of each tea always follow the instructions, and feel free to experiment with dosage, time or temperature when you get accustomed to tea. Higher temperature, larger amounts of leaves and longer steeping time will result in a stronger tea with more astringency. You can add sugar or honey to your tea, but we suggest you trying it straight first to enjoy it to the fullest.
