This unusual, lighter version of organic Assam black orthodox tea is truly exceptional among our black tea selection. Flavour of this tea seems to be brought by the wind lightly blown from a flower garden. A strong cocoa base is perfectly completed with light citric and flowery flavours floating on the top. Unique complex tea handcrafted by Kanoka tea artisans will bring you a whole new perspective on orthodox Assam black tea. Short leaves with lots of tips from the second flush will not leave a bitter taste on your tongue, but very pleasant and smooth flavour that will refresh both your mind and body.

BREWING GUIDE

• Water temperature: 85-90º Celsius
• Dosage: 2.5-3 grams of tea
• Amount of water: 150-200 ml
• Re-steeping: 2-3 times
• Steeping time: 4, 6, 7 minutes

METHOD

We suggest you always use freshly boiled water cooled down to a proper temperature. Use suitable tea ware and cover the teapot or teacup when brewing. To discover delicate subtleness of each tea always follow the instructions, and feel free to experiment with dosage, time, or temperature when you get accustomed to tea. Higher temperatures, larger amounts of leaves, and longer steeping time will result in a stronger tea with more astringency. You can add sugar, lemon, or milk to your tea, but we suggest that you try it straight first to really enjoy it to the fullest.
